Embroidered patch

Standard Application Methods for Patches (Iron-On & Sew-On Dual Solutions)

5.1 Heat Iron-On Method (Fast & Convenient, Fits Most Scenarios)

  • Compatible fabrics: Cotton, denim, polyester, canvas and other high-temperature resistant textiles.
  • Unsuitable fabrics: Nylon, leather, waterproof coated fabrics, thick knit sweaters (high heat damages material or weakens adhesion).
  • Operation Steps:
    1. Flatten and clean garment surface, position the patch at the target spot.
    2. Preheat iron to 150–170°C, turn off steam function; cover a thin cloth over the patch surface for protection.
    3. Press evenly on front side for 20–30 seconds without sliding the iron.
    4. Flip garment and iron reverse side for another 10–15 seconds to strengthen adhesion.
    5. Wait for full cooling, press patch edges to confirm no curling or bubbling.

5.2 Hand Sew-On Method (Maximum Durability, Anti-Peeling for Frequent Washing)

Ideal for workwear and long-term daily wear with regular laundry. Sew closely along the patch perimeter to completely eliminate peeling risks, the most reliable durability solution.
