- Demand Confirmation: Confirm graphics/logos, size, shape, craft, color quantity, order volume, application scenario and delivery timeline.
- Pattern Digitizing: Optimize original artwork to fit embroidery limitations (adjust ultra-fine lines & color layering), output embroidery digitized files.
- Sample Production: First sample delivered within 3–5 working days; verify stitching density, color matching, 3D effect, overlock finish and adhesive quality.
- Sample Approval: Client inspects and confirms sample in writing to lock production standards for color tolerance and quality details.
- Mass Production: Batch embroidery, die-cutting, edge locking, adhesive lamination, quality inspection and thread trimming.
- Finished Product Inspection: Check color deviation, loose threads, raw edges, bubbling and adhesion strength before packaging and shipment.
